No, tipping is NEVER requested or required. It is always appreciated.
I
never ask for a tip, during most of my sessions one is presented to me.
I've always appreciated them. But on some occasions when I go the extra
mile and it is not presented to me, it deters me from continuing going
the extra mile.
Just a few notes: Maybe you should tip.... - If you ask me to get up 2 or 3 hours earlier then I normally start, just so I can see you before you go to work - If you ask me to stay up 2 or 3 hours later then I normally do, just so I can see you when you get off work - If we happen to go 10, 15, or even 20 minutes over the specified time limit of our session - If I was very pleasant and accomondating to you special needs or request
( I think you get the point, to most men this is obvious, but to others they really just dont have a clue )
